Remember When The Left Thought Colin Powell Was An Uncle Tom?

Remember when Powell was a member of the Bush administration, when he was the guy who made the case for the invasion of Iraq before the United Nations, and a bunch of the liberals were busy calling him an Uncle Tom and a “house negro?”
That stuff happened all the time. Powell was Uncle Tom, and Condi Rice was Aunt Jemimah.
Things have sure changed, haven’t they?
Like Bob Uecker said in Major League II: “It’s amazing how a new uniform can change your attitude about a guy.”
