OBAMA WATCH:Chicago cardinal asks Rev. Pfleger to step down temporarily

CHICAGO-Cardinal Francis George has asked a Chicago priest to temporarily step down from his post to "reflect on his recent statements" regarding Sen. Hillary Clinton.Last week the Rev. Michael Pfleger (FLAY'-ger) mocked Clinton at Sen. Barack Obama's former church, saying the New York senator felt "entitled" to the Democratic nomination for president.George says in a Tuesday statement that he asked Pfleger to take leave from his own parish for "a couple of weeks" to "reflect on his recent statements and actions in the light of the church's regulations for all Catholic priests."The statement says Pfleger, who has apologized for the comments, does not believe the leave is the right step at this time.
