JERUSALEM-Israeli troops killed a senior leader with Islamic Jihad Wednesday, an Israel Defense Forces spokesman said.Soldiers were trying to arrest Walid Obeidi when they were met with gunfire and fired back, the spokesman said. The soldiers killed Obeidi and arrested another militant after the gun battle in the northern West Bank, the IDF said.
