LEWDNESS WATCH:Congress Confronted with Obscene Footage from San Francisco Fair

Americans for Truth is making sure Congress gets a good look at the debauchery at this year's Folsom Street Fair in San Francisco.Every lawmaker will receive a DVD, showing everything from public nudity to public sex acts. Peter LaBarbera, president of Americans for Truth, said "San Francisco Values” were on full display at the fair in late September.His footage shows adults and children-even toddlers-viewing the debauchery, while police look on.“It appears that there is a public nudity statute in California that was violated,"he said."There also appears to be an indecency statute locally to San Francisco. Incredibly, the San Francisco police not only stood by and did nothing, but they actually recruited" for new police officers.“We’re calling on House Speaker (Nancy) Pelosi, Mayor Gavin Newsom and the San Francisco city authorities to take action and to stop this from occurring."Pelosi's congressional district includes San Francisco.Matt Barber, policy director for cultural issues for Concerned Women for America, said it's ironic that Christians are arrested for sharing their faith, while this decadence goes unpunished.“There is no requirement that we tolerate things that are, first of all, immoral, and second of all, illegal," he said. "To tolerate that, you end up with anarchy.”
