SIGN of the TIMES:Funeral Held for Pastor's Wife Allegedly Killed by Son

AVON, Ohio - More than 500 people have paid their last respects to a pastor's wife whose teenaged son is charged with her fatal shooting.Sue Petric was mourned at a service Saturday at the Christian Heritage Center in Avon, Ohio, west of Cleveland. She had been shot to death a week earlier. Her husband, the Reverend Mark Petric, remains hospitalized in Cleveland, recovering from critical gunshot wounds.Their son, 16-year-old Daniel Petric, is charged with murder and attempted murder.Daniel Petric did not attend the funeral but was allowed a private viewing on Friday.Daniel's name was mentioned three times by speakers during the service Saturday, but never in anger.
