LodgeNet, the world’s largest supplier of in-room movies for hotels, is expanding its headquarters in Sioux Falls, S.D. Critics point out that the company is also one of the nation's largest purveyors of pornography.Chris Hupke, president of the South Dakota Family Policy Council, said the state should not celebrate the 125 new jobs.“Sadly, they’ve made the decision to profit and run a business on the backs of broken marriages,” he told Family News in Focus. “Insiders tell us that that revenue (from porn) generates about 50 to 75 percent of their overall revenue.”Leslee Unruh, president of the South Dakota-based National Abstinence Clearinghouse, expressed disappointment that Gov. Mike Rounds helped LodgeNet celebrate the announcement.“I’m outraged," she said. "I’m really, really saddened, because this is a governor I personally voted for, I personally worked for, and this is a man who should know better.”http://www.citizenlink.org/CLBriefs/A000005445.cfm
