Man's Life is Saved by Bibles in His Pocket

One bullet clipped a 54-year-old Orange Park man's cap, and a second was stopped by a Gideon's Bible in his shirt pocket.
The Florida Times-Union reports that as a man was carrying bags of garbage to a trash bin on Monday morning, two strange men "ambushed him with a rifle" and then fled.
Amazingly, one of the bullets the men fired clipped the victim's cap, and the second was stopped by a Gideons Bible in his shirt pocket.
The report states that the man, who said he was carrying two New Testament Bibles in his shirt pocket to give to friends, was not injured. Police reportedly took the Bibles as evidence.
