U.S. President Barack Obama should come to the climate-change talks this month in Denmark with strong goals for cutting greenhouse gases in the biggest economy, United Nations climate chief Yvo de Boer said.“I hope that as part of the negotiating process he comes with an ambitious American target” to cut heat-trapping emissions and “strong financial support to reach out to developing countries,” de Boer told reporters in Copenhagen today on the eve of the two-week negotiations.
