British, German, French leaders to discuss climate change by phone

French President Nicolas Sarkozy said Tuesday he will discuss issues related to climate change with his counterparts in the United States, Britain and Germany over the telephone ahead of Friday's summit-level talks at the ongoing U.N. climate change conference in Copenhagen.
