PS: It is evident after watching this "embarassing"(for the BHO Administration--I may add....)video,that Gibbs is a total inept and a big zero....What was he laughing about....?There was nothing laughable in what was being asked.
On the other hand I think Gibbs is a perfect"spokesman" for BHO...
