BIG BROTHER WATCH:Rep. Weiner: Do We Give Obama an Internet On-Off Switch?

May 1st at the House Energy Hearing on Cyber Security, Representative Anthony Weiner says that the US government wants "a situation where we acknowledge" that cyber hacking "does represent a bonafide national security threat" He then goes on to state that the US Government should consider giving the President an "on-off switch" to the Internet and proposes developing a "second tier" to the Internet for high vulnerabilty areas of the Internet.
