DAMASCUS, Syria-Syria-based Palestinian militant groups including Hamas have rejected the idea of deploying international observers or troops in Gaza.A statement issued by the groups after a meeting Saturday also rejected any security arrangement that infringes on the right of resistance against Israeli occupation. The meeting was attended by Hamas political leader Khaled Mashaal.Hamas seized control of Gaza in 2007.
