The first salvo of seven Qassam missiles damaged buildings in the Eshkol farm district Monday, Nov.17,followed by two in the evening that were aimed at Sderot. There were no casualties. British foreign secretary David Miliband visited Sderot and was shown the damage Palestinian missiles caused since the Gaza truce broke down two weeks ago.Sunday, an Israeli air strike killed 4 armed Palestinians on their way to blow up the Karni crossing through which supplies reach Gaza, after missiles landed outside a kibbutz.Ashkelon town hall has opened public bomb shelters, while the city of Ashdod to the north ordered shelters prepared.
