Indian commandoes surrounded the building on early Thursday afternoon, but put off launching an assault.There were no reports of Israeli casualties in the coordinated mass terrorist attacks on popular Mumbai hotels, tourist sites and infrastructure that have left over 100 people dead and hundreds more wounded.
