JERUSALEM-A Palestinian stabbed and killed an 86-year-old Israeli and wounded a policeman in a Jewish settlement near Jerusalem on Thursday, police said.The attacker, Mohammed al-Badan, 20, from the village of Tekoa in the occupied West Bank, was shot and wounded by the policeman he stabbed and taken to hospital.The incident occurred in the settlement of Gilo, in the West Bank, near Jerusalem.
