IRAN today said it "respects" the outcome of Zimbabwe's one-man presidential election which saw veteran incumbent Robert Mugabe stay in power but was denounced as a farce by the West."We respect the will of the Zimbabwean people expressed in the second round of the presidential elections, whatever it is," foreign ministry Mohammad Ali Hosseini said."We hope that these results are in the interest of the independence and the development of Zimbabwe," he added, according to the ISNA student news agency.Mr Mugabe was sworn in for a sixth term after being declared the winner of Friday's election runoff in a race boycotted by opposition candidate Morgan Tsvangirai because of deadly violence and voter intimidation.Iran has been one of the few countries outside Africa to have strong relations with Mr Mugabe's Zimbabwe in recent years and the controversial President made an official visit to the Islamic republic in November 2006.The visit saw the signing of a string of agreements in energy cooperation and technology, and Mr Mugabe hailed the agreements as proof of the "strength of our political and economic relations".PS:It is not a surprise that these comments come out of the "iranian regime"...it was expected that one dictator would cheer another.
It is surprising though-that Iran's government talks about RESPECT and THE BEST INTEREST OF THE PEOPLE....things that they continually PROVE to sall short day in and day out to care-- WITH THEIR OWN OPPRESSED PEOPLE....
So let me translate it for you:When DICTATORS talk about RESPECT what it really means is that THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT PEOPLE BUT TO PERPETUATE IN GOVERNMENT TO FOLLOW THEIR OWN DEPRIVED OF REASON AGENDAS--political,religious and the like--......
The mindset and language of HEADS of regimes is very different to the rest of the world--that would be us--that sit down and watch in HORROR the unspeakable atricities they commit on their OWN PEOPLE.....
LUNATICS,with SEARED MINDS,that believe they themselves are gods....agents of death and pain that were brewed in hell to inflict its sorrows on INNOCENT PEOPLE---that including lil children and pregnant women,and the elderly....
We are at the END of THE END of TIMES and the LORD JESUS is COMING SOON...
This world won't get better....
Please let's pray for the peoples of Zimbabwe and Iran cause they are the ones that are truly suffering.....
