GAY AGENDA WATCH:Colorado Law: No More Gender Specifc Restrooms Or Locker Rooms To Ensure Equality

Because, I mean, Colorado has such an overwhelmingly huge population of transgendered, gay, and bisexual folk who may feel discriminated against if they can’t use the ladies’ room or change in the girl’s locker room after gym class:
With today’s signature on SB200, Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter, a Democrat, has eliminated gender-specific restrooms and locker rooms statewide, giving woman and girls reason to fear being confronted by predators, cross-dressers “or even a homosexual or heterosexual male,” according to a critic. The state’s new “transgender nondiscrimination” bill makes it illegal to deny a person access to public accommodations, including restrooms and locker rooms, based on gender identity or the “perception” of gender identity.Ritter signed the Expanded Discrimination Prohibitions, approved by the legislature, with this definition:“‘Sexual orientation’ means a person’s orientation toward heterosexuality, homosexuality, bisexuality, or transgender status or another person’s perception thereof.”
Aside from the obvious point that this opens up every women’s restroom and locker room in the state for any predator to prowl around in safely under the guise of just getting in touch with his feminine side, I have some other questions.Just how many transgendered people are there in Colorado, anyway? Are there just thundering herds of them out there who are saying, “Whew, it’s about time! Didn’t know what I was going to do.” Sorry - “thundering” is perhaps not appropriate because it conjures visions of masculinity. Since we’re being sensitive, “mincing herds” may be more appropriate. Just being thoughtful.Anyway, just how much of a problem was this that it required a state law?And as far as gays go....I’m not sure that they’d use a ladies room if they had a choice. Why would they? And would they put the seat back down if they did? Think that through for a minute. Bisexuals would probably be the only ones who should really be happy about this law. Decisions, decisions. And the above mentioned pervs and predators, of course.So....if someone decides they want a cheap thrill or has a bathroom fetish or is a straight up predator and they decide they want to hang around the ladies room from time to time there’s not a thing you can do about it. If you confront them, its a crime. If they’re questioned all they have to do is say, hey, I’m a cross dresser. Oh, the jeans and t-shirt? This is my other costume. And you just discriminated against me.I must be missing something here. Have to be. Are our lawmakers really that out of touch with mainstream America? And, no, I don’t care if you want to dress up like Cinderella, gather up your white mice and your pumpkin, and go to the ball. Not my business. Have at it, Cindy. If you want to share the woman’s restroom with my wife or daughter while you’re at it, it becomes my business.
Except in Colorado, of course.
Yeesh.
