Deep breath. Nice and easy.......In just another example of how the Environazis will use the bogeyman of global warming to control every single aspect of your life, we have this latest bit of madness from the Left Coast:
According to a memo to the park board from the staff released Thursday, “The overall policy question for the Board is whether it is good policy for Seattle Parks to continue public beach fires when the carbon ... emissions produced by thousands of beach fires per year contributes to global warming.”
Here it comes, boys and girls. This is just a small sample of what they have in store for us.Its interesting that they manage to ignore the fact that there just doesn’t seem to be any global warming. Temperatures have leveled off or dropped worldwide. But....they know what’s best for us, you see. Turn down your thermostats, get rid of those nasty ol’ SUV’s, eat less meat (because cattle expell methane and methane is a green house gas), and the list goes on and on. Oh, and hanging out by a bon fire on a cold night? Nope. Can’t do that any more.
It’s the new facism in the guise of caring for your welfare.
Next on the agenda: Banning those massive wildfires in the western states, volcanic activity worldwide, and sun spots.
They’ll fix it. Just you wait and see.
