Gangs of mostly eastern Europeans who forced children into a Police said the organised gangs, mostly from Romania, were using cheap rented properties in Slough, Berkshire, as a base for raids into London.Police arrested 25 adults for offences including immigration breaches, deception, fraud and theft.
