VATICAN CITY-A Vatican cardinal is calling for special prayer sessions worldwide for the victims of sexual abuse by priests.A letter has been sent to bishops urging them to promote initiatives in their dioceses for special prayers, Cardinal Claudio Hummes said in an interview published in Saturday's edition of Vatican daily L'Osservatore Romano. PS:I have some problems with Mr.Hummes statements...he may be well intentioned,but he falls short of addressing the truth of the matter...that is a BIG problem with the Roman Catholic Church:the mixing of TRUTH and ERROR in almost every intimate fiber of it,therefore one of its cardinals wouldn't speak the truth as expected(I don't know IF it ishe doesn't realize where the problems lies or he is profoundly DECEIVED himself)...
Do not misunderstand me:I know there are millions of Roman catholics that are very sincere in their faith and beliefs,I know,cause my familly is.BUT that doesn't mean taht they are not DECEIVED,cause they ARE.
First of all Hummes says that we are all sinners(1)which is true according to Romans 3:22:
"...for there is no difference:
For ALL HAVE SINNED,and COME SHORT of the glory of GOD;
Being justified freely by grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus;"
Romans 3:10
"As it is written,THERE IS NONE RIGHTEOUS,NO ,NOT ONE:"
Of course we are talking about sinners here....DUH....!!!!BUT what he should be saying instead is "SEXUAL PREDATORS"that is different......Cause that's what it is men and women on sexual predation against children,women,men,you name it.....!!!
Then -and last- I truly have a BIG PROBLEM with the "Not even 1 % is involved with problems of moral and sexual misconduct"thing.....That's a BIG FAT LIE and he knows it.... The 1% he says must be inside Vatican City...but go all over the world....For God's sakes....!!!!when I was little my parents knew better never to leave me alone with the priest....!!!!One of my first cousins was sexually abused for many years by this predator priest,which was "miracleously" transferred to another parish after this problem surfaced to light...
And I could tell you tons of things that I saw INSIDE the ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH,involving "PRIESTS" and "NUNS"since my family and I were deeply involved in it....
A piece of advise.....Do not let your boys or girls alone with ANY priest or nun,it doesn't matter how cute you thing they are.....
The RCC would do better stripping these predators of any special privileges before the law and turning them in to be tried and sentenced like any other predator.But that won't happen of course.....
