"Am I therefore become your enemy, because I TELL YOU THE TRUTH...?"
(Galatians 4:16)

GET RIGHT WITH GOD IN 2008

In society and churches, If you tell somebody to repent ( turn away from sin or get right with God ) , they will do anything to shut your mouth. They will treat you as though you think you are better than them. They will even ignore you and treat you like an outcast. There are only a few people in my experience of 12 years of walking with Jesus that will actually obey and actually "Repent". If we ever want to see God move or have the blessings of God to come into our midst, we must repent. We must turn away from our wicked ways and seek the face of God.All throughout the bible the scriptures tell us about how Israel would be blessed, but then they would fall into sin. God would try to speak to them, but they would not repent. He would then send His prophets to them, but they would kill the prophets and still would not repent. Then God's wrath and judgment was poured out and they went into captivity. Eventually, they knew that God would not tolerate sin and they repented with all their heart. It was then that God turned the captivity and began to speak to His children and pour out His blessing once again.Nothing has changed today, it is still the same cycle for us when we sin. God is calling us out of sin back to righteousness and holiness to Him. He sent out his messengers in these scriptures below:
Matt 3:1-2 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judea, And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Matt. 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Can you see that John the baptist, Jesus, & Peter all had the same message of repentance??? They preached the Gospel and told the people to repent. In some churches, you never hear this word ," Repent" . We all need to repent from something. Repent is what the Lord is saying to you the reader! Repent is what the Lord is saying to the writer. Repent is also what the Lord is saying to the church and nation.....REPENT!Please live a life of continual repentance. Let not this word of repent be erased from your vocabulary. God is looking for people that when they fall short, that he doesn't have to go sending prophets to let you know that he has seen your sin or your wicked ways. Remember, if you consider your ways, there will not be the prophetic message that you don't want to hear.
