GAY AGENDA WATCH:Ford continues to lose money, workers

A conservative family advocate who tried to introduce pro-family resolutions at Ford's annual shareholder meeting for two years says these are "very difficult times" at the company-and the automaker's persistence in supporting homosexual culture and advertising, he believes, only adds to the detriment of its auto sales. The late January report on the fourth quarter of 2007, along with comprehensive stock value losses, was in the billions of dollars. That was followed by news last week of another round of buyout offers to 54,000 workers.Pro-family advocate Tom Strobhar says there is no way to spin this as a good development for Ford or good news for workers."They're trying to get rid of upwards of 11,000 or 12,000 folks-to get them to retire," says Strobhar "And if they replace them all, they're going to try to replace them at half the wage."Strobhar adds that matters are not helped by corporate officials deciding to ignore hundreds of thousands of Christians and other Americans currently boycotting Ford because of its aggressive pursuit of homosexual customers and funding of homosexual causes."It's very, very unfortunate, because it obviously hurts workers, it hurts dealers," he continues. "And yet they persist in giving money to homosexual groups and advertising in really racy homosexual magazines."Ford CEO Alan Mulally and Strobhar had a personal conversation at the shareholders meeting last year, and the activist told the auto exec that many Christians would be prepared to buy a good automobile product from the company if it were not supporting homosexual groups.Strobhar hopes that knowledge will move Ford to change business policy before things get any worse.
