A church in Daytona Beach, Fla., has voted to leave the gay Metropolitan Community Church denomination in favor of a mainline denomination-[[[most likely the United Church of Christ.]]]Robert Gagnon, a professor at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, said [[[[there are several denominations that would welcome Hope Metropolitan Community Church and its gay-friendly doctrine.]]]]“You certainly have problems developing in the American Baptists, in Methodists, and then a step further, you get to Presbyterians and then Lutherans," Gagnon said. "It’s even worse, of course, when you get to Episcopalians.”H.B. PS:It doesn't surprise me that the United Church of Christ will welcome this"church"...The UCC has become like a big pandora box where when you open it you never know what you're gonna find.....All sorts of apostates,deceived and deceivers are found there...If u that are reading belong to that and feel offended....sorry....but it's the truth....and if you defend them,u should be better examine IF YOU ARE TRULY SAVED or SIMPLY DECEIVED....It is tragic that more than one denomination or church would receive this Hope whatever they call themselves church....It's tragic...but it's a sign of the evil times we are living in....
I have absolutely no problem with gays visiting my church,IF they want to hear the message of Hope and Truth in the Gospel...and they want to get saved
What I have a problem is to bring in a bunch of people that are comfortable INN their sins and DONT WANT TO GET SAVED,but WANT TO HAVE SOME RELIGION IN THEIR LIVES,as to APPEASE THEIR CONCIOUSNESS...
Notice that I don't say gays...I say SINNERS in general...Homosexuality is not worse that being a thief,an adulterer,etc,etc...SIN is SIN before God's eyes and we CANNOT CALL HOLY something that is PROFANE.Period.
These gay church can call themselves whatever they want....IF they DONT REPENT and TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS,they are still as lost as the thief and adulterer.....and that includes their pastors and deceived ministers...
IT's biblical,so don't send me HATE EMAILS because of this one ---PLEASE---GO TO THE BIBLE....
