The US-promoted Middle East parlay is still a cliffhanger with less than a week to go

No agenda has been laid out for the conference presumed to take place in Annapolis, Maryland, no invitations sent out and no final date. The state department in Washington was willing to reveal Tuesday, Nov. 20, only that “save the date” messages had gone out to dozens of nations and organizations. Invitations will be forthcoming “in the not-too-distant future.” said the spokesman.
