The massive banner weighs over 11,000 pounds.Filipino entrepreneur and Evangelical Christian Grace Galindez-Gupana told The Associated Press that she had the flag made as a sign of her love for Israel and the Jewish people.Senior officials from Israel's Ministry of Tourism were on hand for the event.
