Several small vials of the nerve agent phosgene were discovered at a U.N. building in New York City Thursday morning.Sources tell CBS 2 News that the vials were located in a building six blocks away from the landmark UN Headquarters building.The gas was believed to have been manufactured before 1991, UN officials said in a news conference this afternoon.The NYPD and the FBI were notified of the discovery this morning.A UN representative said that phosgene is extremely hazardous if it is inhaled, causing the lungs to collapse.The vials were matched to an inventory list and were unopened.The potentially hazardous liquid substances were immediately secured.Chemical weapons detection equipment was used to test air in the area, and no gas was detected.As in the days of Noah...
